The
Story of Lucky Charms
In China, the tradition
of using charms to dates back to some two-thousand years ago.
They were especially favored by emperors, testified by the
abundance of and charms and statues of found in almost every
palace, every dynasty throughout the long history of China.
One of the largest groups of
charms, or statues, to be more accurate, that still stands
today was built to guard the tomb of the Yan Zhung Emperor
in Sung Dynasty around 1,000 AD. Within the group stands statues
of Lion which represents power and authority, of white elephants
which symbolizes
